1x3 apartment = 1x double-bed + 1x sofa bed (1+ 1 persons), equipment the same like in 1x2 apartment
1x4 apartment = room - 2x double-bed, table + chairs, kitchen with dishes (kettle, fridge, cooker), hall (wardrobe), bathroom (shower-bath, WC, washbasin, radiator - rungs)
